Breadmaker Pizza Dough
(adapted from food.com)
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons parmesan cheese
- Add all ingredients to breadmaker in order listed by your manufacturer.
- Set breadmaker on dough setting.
- When cycle is done, form crust on a pizza pan which has been lightly greased and sprinkled with cornmeal. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt. Using a fork poke a bunch of holes all over the dough (this helps to keep it from bubbling).
- Bake 8 minutes at 425 F until light brown.
- Add sauce and toppings and cook another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
